Grilling is such a wonderful thing to do in the summer. Not long ago, I had the opportunity to watch a "Master" teach several of us how to grill fresh Salmon that she had flown in from Alaska. Ohhhh, it was so good!
She recommends using Cajun Seasoning, Lemon Pepper, Butter, and Lemon slices.
She took foil and folded it in half. Then she folded the edges up and pinched the corners to hold the Salmon steak and the 'juices' that may be present when it is finished.
Here is a larger view of the Salmon prior to slide the foil pouches on to the grill. See that she has placed a pat of butter, lemon slice, and the spices on the Salmon prior to grilling.
I wish you could smell the delicious Salmon when it was finished. The Salmon was grilled until it became flaky. You may use melted butter to spread on the Salmon during the grilling process.
This is an easy and delicious thing to do this summer.
Give it a try!
