Another question that has surfaced regarding Pasta is "What types of Pasta are there?" Oh my goodness! There are many, many different types. I found a wonderful site that list lots of different types of Pasta from A-Z.

I just made my own pasta the other night (for chicken noodle soup) and with the exception of the eggs, all the ingredients came from my food storage. Its a bit time consuming, but very easy and the kids had a lot of fun helping. They were delicious!
